Saraktash district man charged with murder after dumping body

The prosecutor of Saraktash district has approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 45-year-old man. He is accused of the brutal murder of a 39-year-old resident of Orsk, whom he knew (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Russian Criminal Code).
Recall that, as reported 56.RU, on the evening of November 12, 2025, a local resident discovered a woman«s body at a landfill near the village of Novocherkassk. The nature of the injuries on the corpse directly indicated that the death was violent. It did not take long to identify a suspect: after the criminal case was initiated, a 45-year-old resident of Novocherkassk was detained, and he will now face trial.
Investigators are convinced that the killing occurred in his house on Koltsevaya Street after a sudden quarrel. The method of murder was several knife blows to the head after the villager beat the victim with his hands and feet. How the body ended up at the landfill, forensics experts have also already figured out — the man, covering his tracks, took it there in his own car.
Now the criminal case has been submitted to the Saraktash District Court — the man faces a maximum penalty of up to 15 years in prison. However, a full confession of guilt could help mitigate the sentence — which he has already done.
Meanwhile, 59-year-old Sergei Karpuk from Buguruslan is facing life imprisonment — he is accused of murdering six women.
