Ryazan workers unpaid 34 million RUB by Intercross

The Ryazan-based telecommunications equipment manufacturer JSC Intercross faces bankruptcy and multiple wage debt lawsuits.
Residents of Ryazan have not received their salaries from August 2025 to January 2026. According to YA62.RU, JSC Intercross has not paid its employees more than 34 million rubles (approximately $453,300 at current rates), and the prosecutor has issued a submission to the manager.
An administrative case has been initiated under the article: «Failure to pay wages within the legally established period by a person previously subjected to administrative punishment for a similar offense.» In 2024, JSC Intercross owed more than 28 million rubles (approximately $373,300 at current rates) to its employees, but the money was eventually paid to all.
In the Moscow District Court of Ryazan, there are 90 lawsuits for the recovery of wage debts, and 47 of them have been satisfied. The rest are under consideration.
«The full restoration of labor rights of employees of the commercial organization remains under the control of the prosecutor»s office,« clarified the press service of the Ryazan Region Prosecutor»s Office.
As found by the YA62.RU team, since July 2025, JSC Intercross has been undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, but there are no results yet. Since the end of 2024, the company producing telecommunications equipment has been operating with a huge loss:
750.9 million rubles (approximately $10,012,000 at current rates) — balance at the end of 2024.
276.2 million rubles (approximately $3,682,700 at current rates) — revenue at the end of 2024.
145.8 million rubles (approximately $1,944,000 at current rates) — net loss at the end of 2024.
According to data as of November 2025, JSC Intercross owes another 45.8 million rubles (approximately $610,700 at current rates) in taxes.
In total, 163 people are employed in the company. Their average salary is 49 thousand rubles (approximately $653 at current rates), which is 30% lower than the average in the telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry.
