They had to go to the police in the middle of the night and report that their drunk son was waving a construction level over them, according to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) for the Ryazan Region.
The 41-year-old man had been living in his parents« house for several months, and recently he had not been working and was often drinking. Preliminary reports indicate that on that night, the drunk Ryazan resident returned when his relatives were already resting.
