Father kills two-month-old son in Novouralsk
In Novouralsk, a father killed his two-month-old son. The reason for the attack was the infant«s crying.
The incident occurred on the night of October 22, 2025, in a residential building on Pervomayskaya Street. The investigation stated: «the accused, out of personal dislike for his two-month-old son, who was crying and behaving restlessly, decided to commit his murder.»
The suspect struck the child several times with his hand. Some of the blows landed on the infant«s head, causing a traumatic brain injury that led to death.
The Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee (SK RF) for Sverdlovsk Oblast reported the completion of the investigation in a short time and the referral of the criminal case to court.
This incident is not an isolated one. Earlier in Yekaterinburg, a father was also detained for brutally beating an infant. The injured child with severe injuries was taken to a medical facility.
