Ekaterina Tarkhova makes an unexpected statement during a court hearing in Samara.
Each time her detention is extended, Ekaterina hopes for a softer measure and asks to go home to her son. But again the court did not grant her request. Recall that she is accused not only of double murder but also of fraud, document forgery, and theft. In total, seven criminal cases have been opened as part of the investigation.
It is worth noting that along with Tarkhova«s granddaughter, her accomplices from Georgia — Svetlana and Dmitry Metreveli — are also accused of murder. Svetlana»s mother, Taisa Kiseleva, is also implicated in a case of fraud involving the sale of Natalya Tarkhova«s car. Taisa is currently under house arrest in Samara. Her daughter and great-nephew are still being sought.
