Omsk businessman Denis Klevakin, 52, is being demanded to be declared bankrupt. The ruling, under which the application was accepted by the Arbitration Court of the Omsk Region, has been published on the «Electronic Justice» portal. The Federal Tax Service filed a petition with the court to declare the entrepreneur bankrupt. A court hearing on the case is scheduled for March 10, 2026.

Before the proceedings begin, the debtor can submit substantiated objections to the stated claims, supported by relevant legislation. These include disagreement with the amount of debt to creditors, employee wages, and mandatory payments. Klevakin must also provide information about accounts in all credit organizations, about initiated cases, data on his property, about bank accounts and deposits, and an income certificate.

In addition, before the hearing, data will be obtained from the traffic police about the debtor«s vehicles, from Rosreestr (the Russian Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography) about real estate ownership, from the Federal Tax Service about income, and from the civil registry office about marital status.

Businessman Denis Klevakin«s name appeared in criminal reports in 2017, when he was arrested by customs officers near the »Omsky« shopping center and cocaine from the Netherlands was found in his car. In this case, the entrepreneur faced up to 20 years in prison, but ultimately Klevakin was sentenced to 6 years in a strict-regime colony. He attempted to file an appeal, but the sentence was upheld. In 2020, Klevakin»s Lexus was put up for sale due to debts — it was in this car that drugs from Amsterdam were discovered.

Both at the time of the court proceedings and now, the businessman is the founder of the companies «Dynastiya», «OMTEKO», and «Ruspromstroy». According to «Kontur.Fokus», all of them show signs of inactivity, and the latter two have debts to the tax service. The latest data on the organizations« revenue is from 2017, and even then it was significantly declining.

The businessman has a daughter, Darya Bikmaeva. She became the youngest deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region. In 2023, the woman left her post, at which time she was 26 years old. In 2025, it became known that Bikmaeva is accused of large-scale fraud.
