CheburekMi Franchise Outlets Sold in Krasnoyarsk Due to Tax Changes

A franchise of the Novosibirsk-based CheburekMi chain operates in the city of Krasnoyarsk.
Establishments of «CheburekMi» have been listed for sale in Krasnoyarsk. The cafes operate under a franchise from a Novosibirsk-based chain.

Krasnoyarsk hosts close to twenty outlets of the popular cheburek chain.
Information about the sale was published on the «Avito» website. The branch on Molokova Street with an area of 20 square meters is being sold for 1.5 million rubles (approximately $16,700 at current rates), while the one on Sosnovskogo Street with 52 square meters is priced at 2.5 million rubles (approximately $27,800). The stated revenue and profit for the first are 400,000 rubles ($4,400) and 190,000 rubles ($2,100), with expenses of 100,000 rubles ($1,100). For the second outlet, the figures are 550,000 rubles ($6,100), 210,000 rubles ($2,300), and 125,000 rubles ($1,400), respectively.
The listings clarify that the branches are being sold due to a tax reform, which from 2026 increases VAT and lowers the threshold for its payment. The low price was explained by the urgency, as stated by the ad«s author (listed as Yevgeny).
In addition, Yevgeny listed the entire «CheburekMi» network for sale for 40 million rubles (approximately $444,400 at current rates). This listing has no details. Over the phone, Yevgeny told the correspondent that it was a «trial» listing and declined to elaborate. Later, the information about the sale was removed from publication.
The «CheburekMi» chain was created in Novosibirsk. The chain«s website states that in Krasnoyarsk, the franchise has been developed since 2020 by Yevgeny and Margarita Kurashi. How many outlets they currently have in the city is not specified. In total, there are 19 such establishments in Krasnoyarsk.
In September 2025, readers of NGS24.RU chose «CheburekMi» as the best cheburek place in the city in a public rating. Online maps show that in Krasnoyarsk, there are nearly 150 places selling chebureks: «Buyan», «Lepim i varim», «Dze», «Baran i biser», Maroon, and others.
