Users of T-Bank have reported problems with the app. Bank clients said they cannot log into their personal account. The service Sboy.rf also records an elevated number of complaints.

Most reports of malfunctions come from Moscow (25% of complaints), Novosibirsk Oblast (12%), and Vladimir Oblast (10%), the service writes.

Over 800 complaints have been logged today on the outage tracker Sboy.rf.

According to users, the banking service platforms and the investment app are not working. Services do not open from a phone or a computer.

«Neither the app nor the personal account on the website works. Moreover, both for the bank itself and for investments. At the same time, the site works, the problem is only with the personal account,» explained one user.

MSK1.RU has contacted the bank«s representatives for comment. We will update the article as soon as we receive a response.

Another bank outage occurred last week. At that time, the T-Bank press service told us that the system was quickly restored, and it was a matter of brief disruptions in transfers.
