T-Bank app outage: thousands unable to log in
Thousands of T-Bank users are unable to log into the mobile app following a massive outage, with over 12,000 complaints reported within half an hour.

Users of T-Bank faced problems logging into the mobile app. This is evidenced by data from the monitoring service Downdetector, which tracks the operation of online services.

The Downdetector service recorded over 12,000 user complaints within 30 minutes.

When trying to log into the app, some users see a message: «There may be errors when logging into the app. We are already fixing it.»
According to the Downdetector service:
outages began after 12:00 Moscow time;
within half an hour (from 12:00 to 12:30) over 12,000 complaints were received from users.
Later, some clients still managed to log into the app. A correspondent from Gorodskie Media has sent a request to the T-Bank press service. The material will be updated after receiving a comment.

T-Bank is fixing the outage in its mobile app. The bank«s call center confirmed the problems and assured that specialists are already working on fixing them, RIA Novosti reports.
