SSK Group Presents Development Strategy Until 2030

At the Vision-2026 conference in Krasnodar, the SSK group of companies unveiled its development plans for the next five years, emphasizing technology and human capital.

During the event, the company presented the concept of "system architects," which includes sales agents, partners, and its own employees.

The development strategy until 2030 is described as a "dual-circuit flywheel of growth," where sales and construction are jointly accelerated by the efforts of all participants.

SSK«s main bet is on people. The company intends to provide them with full access to data, necessary tools, transparent KPIs, and freedom of decision-making to achieve breakthrough results.

The path to 2030 includes several sequential stages:

Accelerating business by optimizing key cycles — from first client contact to project delivery.
Increasing market share by strengthening reputation as a reliable developer with a high safety margin.
Focusing on product value to maximize profit per square meter.
Creating an ecosystem that independently generates key resources and competencies, minimizing dependence on external factors.

The company has declared 2026 the year of technology and artificial intelligence integration. All processes are being digitized, and AI is being introduced to form an independent opinion.

One of the goals is to enter the top 10 Russian developers in terms of construction speed. To this end, SSK is expanding its use of Project LAD, implementing a common data environment based on Sarex, and applying BIM technologies to eliminate errors, accelerate processes, and reduce the number of additional agreements.

In 2026, the company plans to launch new projects in Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Anapa, the Leningrad Region, as well as begin operations in Stavropol Krai and Karachay-Cherkessia (a republic in southern Russia).

Over the past five years, SSK has already strengthened its position as one of the industry leaders. In 2025, 560,000 square meters of housing were commissioned, and over six years, more than 30,000 families have received apartments from the developer.

Social responsibility remains an integral part of the group«s mission. In 2025, 760 million rubles (approximately $8.4 million at current exchange rates) were allocated to support residents and regions of Russia. The funds were distributed to programs assisting families and children, developing mass sports and culture, cooperating with the Russian Orthodox Church, and helping participants of the special military operation and the front.
