Instasamka Says She Won't Return to Russia

Tyumen Region native and million-follower blogger Instasamka (Darya Zoteyeva) has left the country. As she admitted, she had outgrown the Russian industry and has no plans to return.

«We»ve been in Dubai for six months now. And you all keep asking: «Dasha, you left — will you come back? You moved — will you return?» No, friends, I won«t return. I won»t return for many reasons, but the main one is that I«ve simply outgrown our industry. I believe I»ve already done everything possible in Russia, and it«s time for me to move on,» she said in a video address.

Instasamka admitted she had wanted to leave back in 2022, but returned from the UAE at the time after the success of her song «Za dengi — da» (For Money — Yes) and a large number of commercial offers.

Now she plans to make music in English.

Darya Zoteyeva was born in Tobolsk. A few years ago, we published a large profile on her, covering her childhood, school years, family, and much more. Recently, she recalled her time living in Tobolsk.
