AI to Handle Visitor Reviews at Peterhof

The State Museum-Reserve 'Peterhof' will implement an artificial intelligence-based system for analyzing feedback. The development was announced by St. Petersburg Vice-Governor Boris Piotrovsky.

On January 31, St. Petersburg Vice-Governor Boris Piotrovsky announced on his Telegram channel the use of artificial intelligence to process reviews at the State Museum-Reserve «Peterhof».

The neural network model was jointly created by students from the Higher School of Economics and the company «Yandex». Its task is the automatic collection and analysis of data with grouping by topic, location, emotional tone, and other parameters.

«Reviews from visitors to »Peterhof« will now be processed by artificial intelligence… Previously, »Peterhof« employees handled them manually,» Piotrovsky was quoted as saying.

Annually, the museum-reserve hosts over five million people. Many of them leave impressions and suggestions for improving the institution«s work.
