Overnight temperatures in some areas dropped to −27 °C (-17 °F), and dangerous black ice formed on the roads, according to Primhydromet (the Primorye Hydrometeorological Service).

On Tuesday afternoon, according to Primorye meteorologists, most areas of the region will warm to a record for this winter of −2…+3 °C (28…37 °F), with the north reaching −9 °C (16 °F).

In Vladivostok, variable cloudiness with no precipitation is expected. Overnight temperatures were −11…−13 °C (12…9 °F), and during the day, the air will warm to −1…−3 °C (30…27 °F).
