Meteorologists have issued warnings for heavy rain and thunderstorms throughout February 1 in Sochi and Sirius. Additionally, sea agitation will persist at 3 points with wave heights of 0.7–1.2 m.

From 18:00 on January 31 to 18:00 on February 2, avalanche danger is expected in mountains above 1000 meters above sea level. Weak avalanche danger remains at elevations above 500 meters.

All emergency services are operating in enhanced mode, with the city«s operational headquarters monitoring the situation.

Residents and visitors to the resort are advised to take precautions. Entry to the mountain cluster is restricted for vehicles without winter tires. In case of an emergency, call 112.
