Frosts have been persisting in Arkhangelsk Oblast in recent days. On Tuesday, no warming is expected.
As reported by the Northern Hydrometeorological Service (UGMS), on February 3, it will be cloudy with clearings. Snow will pass through the region, with the north and northwest of the oblast mostly without precipitation.
Wind from the northern quarter at 2-7 meters per second. Nighttime temperature from -23 to -28°C (-9 to -18°F), in the northeast of the oblast down to -32°C (-26°F), in the southern half down to -18°C (-0°F).
Daytime temperature will range from -12 to -17°C (10 to 1°F), in the north and northeast of the oblast -20 to -25°C (-4 to -13°F).
