Severe frost instead of precipitation in Krasnodar Krai

Krasnodar Krai will be hit by an anticyclone moving from the north on February 4. It will raise atmospheric pressure, bring clearing clouds, and precipitation will gradually stop. Black ice will persist on roads and sidewalks, according to leading specialist of the Phobos center, Mikhail Leus.
The air temperature in Krasnodar will be -1 to -3 °C (26 to 30 °F), with an east wind of 2–7 m/s. Atmospheric pressure will rise to 768 mmHg, which is above normal. On Thursday, February 5, there will be no precipitation and ice: at night down to -8 to -10 °C (14 to 18 °F), during the day up to -1 to +1 °C (30 to 34 °F).
Recall that on February 3, a cyclone hit Sochi: heavy rains washed out roads, and mudslides occurred in some places.
