During the day, temperatures will fluctuate between -10 and -5 degrees Celsius (14 to 23 degrees Fahrenheit), although in some parts of the oblast thermometers will show -15 degrees Celsius (5 degrees Fahrenheit). Snow drifts are expected on the roads of Samara Oblast.
