Frosts will hit Krasnodar Krai on February 3 and 4. The regional hydrometeorological center reported that snowfalls, rain showers, and ice are expected at night and in the morning. Visibility on roads will be only 1000–500 meters. In some areas, the region will be covered by fog, and wind will rise to 15-18 m/s.
Nighttime temperatures will drop to -18…-23 °С (0…-9°F) in northern districts, with average daytime temperatures of 0…-5 °С (32…23°F). On the Black Sea coast, temperatures are forecast to be -1…-6 °С (30…21°F) at night and during the day.
In Krasnodar, on February 3, it will be -4 °С (25°F) with snow. But on February 4, the sun will come out and it will slightly warm up to -2 °С (28°F), with no precipitation.
Recall that bad weather came to Krasnodar Krai at the beginning of the new work week. According to data from the Fobos Weather Center, southern regions were covered by cyclone «Patricia» — heavy snowfalls and rains began.
