January 29 Weather: Warming Trend in Rostov Oblast

According to the Rostov Hydrometeorological Center, on January 29, the warming trend will continue in the region. Temperatures will drop below zero primarily at night.

In Rostov, the day will be cloudy with periods of clearing. No significant precipitation is expected. In the morning, icing is possible, and icy conditions on roads will persist throughout the day. The wind is forecast to be southeasterly and southerly with speeds of 7–12 m/s.

Air temperatures in the city during the day will reach 0 to +2 degrees Celsius (32 to 36°F), at night cooling to -1 to -3 degrees Celsius (30 to 27°F).

In the rest of Rostov Oblast, variable cloudiness is also expected. In places, there will be light precipitation in the form of wet snow and rain, and fog is possible. In the morning – icing, on highways – icy conditions. The wind will blow from the southeast and south, 7–12 m/s.

Daytime temperatures in the oblast will range from -1 to +4 degrees Celsius (30 to 39°F), at night from -3 to +2 degrees Celsius (27 to 36°F).
