Murmansk public transport switched to special mode, street lighting turned off

Murmansk Mayor Ivan Lebedev announced a special mode for public transport in the city after an accident on a section of the power line with temporary supports.
Official communication details the adjustments to public transport and lighting due to the power crisis.
Also, Lebedev announced the phased shutdown of outdoor lighting and illuminations on the streets.
«I remind you, this is necessary to free up capacity for priority utility and social facilities,» he said.
