After a brief warming, severe frosts have returned to Arkhangelsk Oblast. Tonight, the temperature will drop below -30°C (-22°F). We tell you what else the forecasters from the Northern UGMSC are predicting.
In the region, it will be cloudy with clear spells. No significant precipitation, with icy-frost deposits in places. Wind from the southern quadrant at 3-8 m/s.
Temperature at night: -22 to -27°C (-8 to -17°F), with clear spells down to -32°C (-26°F); during the day: -20 to -25°C (-4 to -13°F), in places down to -15°C (5°F).
