Frost Persists in Arkhangelsk Region; Today's Weather Outlook
Freezing temperatures in the region shouldn«t deter you from enjoying an outdoor walk.
February in Arkhangelsk region is still not much different from January, with frosty conditions persisting despite short-term warming periods. Temperatures will not increase on February 3, as reported by meteorologists from the Northern Hydrometeorological Service (UGMS).
Expect cloudy skies with occasional clearings. Snow is likely in some areas, while the northern and northwestern parts will see mostly no precipitation. Patchy fog and icy deposits are possible in places.
A northerly wind of 2-7 m/s. Daytime temperatures will range from -12 to -17°C (10 to 1°F), and from -20 to -25°C (-4 to -13°F) in the north and northeast.
