On Monday, February 2, pleasant weather is forecast for Primorye. Roads will still have some snowpack and ice in places, but air temperatures will be -8 – -13 °C (18 – 9 °F) in central areas and -2 – -7 °C (28 – 19 °F) in the rest of the region. Wind will not exceed moderate strength, and there will be almost no precipitation, forecasters from the Primhydromet portal reported.
In Vladivostok, there will also be no precipitation and only cloudiness is forecast, with wind being weak to moderate. Air temperatures throughout the day will be pleasant — around -6 – -8 °C (21 – 18 °F).
In Ussuriysk, a similar picture: variable cloudiness, no precipitation. North and northwest winds will be moderate, and air temperatures are expected around -6 – -8 °C (21 – 18 °F).
The same in Nakhodka, but here air temperatures will be even higher. During the day, it will be approximately -4 – -6 °C (25 – 21 °F).
On February 1, we reported what the weather will be like throughout February. Typically, it is warmer than January — by an average of 3 – 6 °C (5 – 11 °F), and according to the preliminary forecast from Primhydromet forecasters, February 2026 is expected to be even warmer than normal.
