EMERCOM issues emergency frost warning for Ryazan on Tuesday

Overnight and into the morning of February 3, frost with air temperatures as low as -30°C (-22°F) is expected in some parts of Ryazan Oblast, according to the regional EMERCOM department.
Residents of Ryazan have been urged to follow simple safety rules and limit time spent outdoors.
The new work week will be abnormally cold for residents of Ryazan. Previously, we wrote about whether children can miss school in such cold weather. The press service of the Ryazan administration responded that when air temperatures drop, educational institutions operate as usual, accepting all students and ensuring the educational process.
However, parents have the right to decide independently whether to bring their child to school or not.
