Cold snap peaks in Yaroslavl and Central Russia

Residents of Central Russia have been warned about a cold snap. It is caused by an anticyclone that is bringing frigid Arctic air to the Russian Plain.
«The strongest frosts of this winter are coming to Central Russia,» reported the Phobos center.
Over the weekend, according to meteorologists, the Arctic invasion will intensify. But at the beginning of next week, the weather trend should change. Atlantic cyclones will begin to break through into European Russia. Under their influence, the region will be covered by snow clouds, and temperatures will start to rise.
