Atmospheric vortex is approaching the Southern Urals (video)

An atmospheric vortex is approaching the Southern Urals. A video with the weather forecast for Monday, February 2, was published by the Chelyabinsk Hydrometeorological Center.
«The area of high pressure that formed over Siberia is blocking the eastward movement of cyclones across the Urals. By Wednesday, the influence of the anticyclone will weaken, and it will be replaced by a low-pressure atmospheric vortex—as the atmospheric front moves through the region, light to moderate snow is expected. The temperature background is forecast to be 4–8°C above normal,» the meteorologists said.
But after the cyclone passes, frosts will return to Chelyabinsk Oblast.
«Thermometers will drop to −20 to −25°C (−4 to −13°F), and in lowlands down to −28°C (−18°F). Precipitation will stop over most of the territory, resuming only by the end of the week due to the passage of a warm atmospheric front and the displacement of the anticyclone further east,» concluded the Hydrometeorological Center.
On Tuesday, February 3, the oblast will be cloudy with clearings. Night air temperature −11 to −16°C (12 to 3°F), with clearings down to −20°C (−4°F), in the extreme west down to −6°C (21°F); during the day −6 to −11°C (21 to 12°F), in the extreme west down to −1°C (30°F). In the city, light snow is expected at night, with temperature dropping to −12 to −14°C (10 to 7°F), during the day −8 to −10°C (18 to 14°F).
Recall that earlier meteorologists told what February will be like in Chelyabinsk.
