On Sunday, it will be cloudy with clearings, no significant precipitation, and fog in some areas. Wind speeds will be 2-7 meters per second, with 3-8 meters per second in the southern parts of the oblast. During the day, gusts may reach up to 12 meters per second in places.
Temperatures at night will range from -27 to -32°C (-17 to -26°F), with some areas seeing lows down to -37°C (-35°F). In the extreme northeast of the oblast, temperatures will be from -20 to -25°C (-4 to -13°F). During the day, the region will experience temperatures from -14 to -19°C (7 to -2°F), with some places between -24 and -29°C (-11 to -20°F).
