Amateur photographer captures frosty beauty near Volgograd
An amateur photographer captured the beauty of winter landscapes in the Nikolayevsky District of Volgograd Oblast. Yevgenia said that when she walks home from work, she can«t help but stop and take a few shots with her phone camera — the winter is so snowy, frosty, and sunny this year. As a result, according to her, over a few days she compiled a whole collection, which she shared with us.
«I have daily walks from work through the streets of our town. The distance home isn«t short, almost four kilometers (about 2.5 miles). I periodically stop, take out my phone, and take photos. Over a few days, my gallery has the snowy outskirts of the town, a spring, the Volga River, and the forest. This year we have a lot of snow. You can»t miss such an opportunity — to walk and enjoy nature,» admits Yevgenia.

Earlier, mobile photographer from Volgograd Yulia Voropayeva walked near the children«s camp »Orlyonok« in the Krasnoarmeysky District and captured the shimmer of ice droplets that bound the sleeping nature with her phone camera. As the photographer told, near the camp there is a coniferous forest and an observation deck overlooking the district, and the nature there makes one think about the very flow of life.
