Tolls on the M-4 Don highway could be raised under a scheduled annual adjustment, although no specific date for the tariff change has been announced, according to the press service of state company Avtodor.
The company explained: «As of today, the procedure for indexation of tariffs has not yet been carried out. The planned annual adjustment of cost is indeed provided for ensuring a quality level of operation and development of road infrastructure.»
A change in tariffs will only be possible after all established regulatory measures are completed, which may require significant time. «The company does not plan to raise tariffs until all necessary regulatory measures are completed,» added Avtodor.
