When will the Prioksky Overpass be cleaned: Ryazan Ministry of Transport responds
The Ministry of Transport of the Ryazan Region commented on the snow removal situation on the Prioksky overpass after a complaint from a Ryazan resident.
A Ryazan resident named Marina appealed to the governor with a report about the difficult road conditions on the overpass between Prioksky and Moscow highways. According to her, due to ice on the ascent, heavy trucks are skidding, and traffic is practically paralyzed: Oktyabrskaya Street and Shabulin Passage are blocked, and Moscow Highway from the Moscow side is overloaded. The woman claims that even passenger cars are helping truck drivers. Marina noted that without authorities« intervention, by evening, city residents risk not getting home.
In response to the appeal, the Ministry of Transport of the Ryazan Region reported that the information has been taken into work. The department stated that on the problematic section, the frequency of cleaning and treatment cycles for the roadway will be increased.
