Utility accident on Sibirskaya in Tomsk leads to bus route adjustments
A bus route is being altered temporarily in response to a utility failure.
Bus routes 13 and 14 will temporarily change their routes due to a pipeline rupture on Sibirskaya Street. The city hall explained how the detour for buses will be organized during the repair work.
“The detour around the repair site will be via Frunze Avenue, Kievskaya Street, and Sibirskaya Street, and then according to the route,” said the city administration.
They added that the time for buses to return to their normal routes will be announced later.
This morning, the utility accident on Sibirskaya left residents of more than 600 apartment buildings without cold water. Specialists from Tomskvodokanal promise that water will be restored to homes by 9 p.m. For this time, water delivery has been organized for residents. Water trucks will be stationed from 11 a.m. at Sibirskaya, 81 and near the house on Lva Tolstogo 38B (from the Sibirskaya side).
