Tyumen City Day Road Restrictions: Full List
Temporary traffic restrictions are introduced in Tyumen for City Day. Here is the full list of road closures and parking bans.

In connection with the celebration of City Day in Tyumen, the administration has published a list of streets where traffic and parking will be temporarily closed. Since July 20, access to Maslovsky Vzvoz has already been closed — on the section from 25 let Oktyabrya Street to the embankment.

On July 25, restrictions will come into effect from early morning:

- from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. — Pervomayskaya on sections from Gertsena to Lenina and from Lenina to Respubliki;
- from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. — Volodarskogo from 8 Marta to Vodoprovodnaya and Ordzhonikidze from Lenina to Gertsena.
For the festive fireworks, from 6:00 p.m. on July 25 to 1:00 a.m. on July 26, the following square of streets will be closed: Respubliki — Chelyuskintsev — Kommunisticheskaya — Lenina, as well as Kazanskaya — Yamskaya — Lunacharskogo — Kommunisticheskaya.
From 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on July 25 and 26, Mekhanicheskaya will be closed on the section from Maxima Gorkogo to house No. 27 on the same street. From 8:00 a.m. on July 25, 2026 to 1:00 a.m. on July 26, 2026, traffic will be restricted on Beregovaya (from Krasnoarmeyskaya to Poperechnaya), Krasnoarmeyskaya (from Beregovaya to Zaozernaya), and Poperechnaya (from Beregovaya to Zaozernaya).
For three days — from midnight on July 25 to the evening of July 26 — Khokhryakova will be closed from Chelyuskintsev to Dzerzhinskogo and from Pervomayskaya to Dzerzhinskogo, as well as Volodarskogo from Pervomayskaya to Dzerzhinskogo.
On July 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., due to a parade of red cars, traffic will be temporarily restricted along the route: Respubliki, 142 — Respubliki — Chelyuskintsev — Lenina — Morisa Toreza — Respubliki.
From 6:00 a.m. on July 25 to 1:00 a.m. on July 27, some parking zones in the city center will be closed.
