Two Morning Flights to Moscow Delayed in Volgograd

Two morning flights to Moscow have been delayed at Volgograd International Airport. This information is displayed on the airport«s online board.
According to the service, Aeroflot flight SU-1758 from Moscow«s Sheremetyevo Airport is delayed until 13:20, although it was scheduled to arrive in Volgograd at 09:35. The Flightradar24 service claims that the aircraft flew to Ryazan Oblast, then turned around and returned to the departure airport — Sheremetyevo. Later, information about the return to the departure airport appeared on the website of Moscow»s Sheremetyevo Airport.
Pobeda flight DP-6965 from Sheremetyevo, which was scheduled to depart from Moscow at 08:35, is planned for departure at 10:00 and should land in Volgograd at approximately 11:35.
The reasons why the Aeroflot flight returned to the departure airport and Pobeda is delayed are not specified; the official Telegram channel of the Rosaviation representative has no information on the imposition of restrictions on takeoffs and landings at Volgograd Airport. However, on the morning of January 20, RSChS (Russian Emergency Situations Ministry) sent a message to mobile subscribers about a drone threat, and the Ministry of Defense reported two Ukrainian drones shot down overnight in the sky over Volgograd Oblast.
