Several more private carriers in Ufa have announced upcoming fare increases on four bus routes — on two of them the cost will rise to 50 rubles (about $1 at current rates).
Thus, from February 19, Alliance «SKD» LLC will increase the price on route No. 257k from Dagestanskaya Street to Hospital No. 21. Now, when paying by bank card, cash, or by «Alga» card, passengers will have to pay 50 rubles (about $1 at current rates).
Also, the company «Arbat» announced that from February 5, the fare on route No. 252 («Belskaya Street» — «Kolguyevsky» — «Nizhegorodka») will cost 50 rubles (about $1 at current rates), and No. 277 («Novaya Maksimovka» — «Dinamo Stadium») — 45 rubles (about $1 at current rates).
In addition, the fare on route No. 208 from CHPP-1 to the Ufa Wood Processing Plant, served by sole proprietor Minazov, will become more expensive. From February 16, the cost will be 40 rubles (less than $1 at current rates).
«The change in fare is a forced measure due to general inflation in the country and rising costs, including increases in fuel, spare parts, repairs, employee salaries, and the need to renew the vehicle fleet,» the carrier explained.
