On the evening of January 26, a 9-kilometer traffic jam formed on the M-4 Don highway in the area of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. The jam stretched towards Rostov. A truck burned out there, according to eyewitnesses.
“A truck is burning above Kalinovka gully, it has already been extinguished. But all traffic has stopped. It’s dead still for now,” wrote in the chat «M-4 Don Highway».
Traffic is hampered approximately from the hamlet of Kalinovka to the traffic police post at the 945th kilometer.
Forecasters warned that tomorrow on the Don highway it will be unsafe. Towards Moscow from Voronezh, drivers can expect snowfalls, and in the southbound direction — possible freezing rain and black ice.
