A large building on the entrance to Tomsk has been put up for sale; it houses the Evraziya auto center. The price is 390 million rubles (approximately $3.9 million at current rates). This information appeared on the Avito website.

According to the ad, the total area of the building on Shegarsky Trakt is nearly 7,000 square meters. It is heated by a gas boiler house. There is a large parking lot and entrance/exit to the highway.

The building is offered for sale together with the land plot for 390 million rubles.

NGS70.RU correspondent contacted a representative of the owner. He said that demand is being analyzed and no specific offers have been received.

«If no buyer is found, the auto center will still continue to operate,» said the interlocutor.

According to data from the auto center«s VK group, it is an official service partner of Volkswagen in Tomsk. Before the start of the special military operation (SVO) and Volkswagen»s withdrawal from Russia, German cars were sold here. Now the auto center sells Chinese cars: Hongqi, JAC, and others.
