The seizure will affect the area near the 10th kilometer of the Moscow Highway, where buildings 1, 2, 14 and structure 5 are located.
Construction of part of the second bypass road is planned to begin this year. The southern bypass of Tyumen, according to authorities« statements, will be completed by 2030. About 20 billion rubles (approximately $200 million at current rates) will be allocated for the construction of a 20-kilometer section with several interchanges, part of these funds will be provided by the federal budget.
The new road will become part of the major highway M-12 «Vostok,» which will connect Tyumen with Moscow. This route will significantly shorten the journey for motorists from Siberia to the capital.
