Congestion has formed in various districts of Rostov. Cars have come to a standstill in the center, Western and Northern residential areas, and on Selmash. It is particularly difficult now on Vavilova Street.
On January 23, a slight warming in the Rostov region was replaced by cold and snowy weather. Drivers are asked to exercise caution and, if possible, not to drive anywhere at all, especially on the M-4 Don highway. And utility services in Rostov have been put on high alert.
