In Nizhny Novgorod, the operation of bus No. 91, which connects Chernigovskaya Street in the city center and the Cherepichny settlement in the Prioksky district, was inspected. Despite the route having changed carriers, transport inspectors again found dozens of violations. Details of the inspection results were reported by the Center for Transport Systems Development (CRTS).

Specialists from the Center for Transport Systems Development inspected the operation of six buses. In total, they found 65 violations. In particular, in all vehicles, validators on the rear platforms were missing or not working, and there was no information on drivers« names.

Inside and outside the vehicles, dirt was observed, and in some instances, passengers were not notified of stops, and electronic route displays were partially absent. Furthermore, one bus lacked a video recorder, and another failed to depart on its scheduled trip.

Since the beginning of the year, the route has been serviced by a new carrier—«Trans-NN». A claim will now be filed against it to recover fines. Incidentally, last autumn, route No. 91 (and also No. 82) was operated by the company «Konka». During a previous inspection of its buses, 53 violations were found.

Overall in 2025, transport inspectors identified over 8,000 deficiencies in the work of drivers and transport companies. In total, carriers were fined 2.9 million rubles (approximately $30,500 at current rates).
