The prosecutor«s office of the Ryazan district has organized an inspection following media reports about snowdrifts at a cemetery, according to the regional prosecutor»s press service.
Earlier, in the village of Polenskoye in the Ryazan municipal district, local residents faced a problem accessing the local cemetery as the approach road was completely blocked by snow.
«During the inspection, the work of municipal officials in complying with road traffic safety legislation will be assessed,» the prosecutor«s office said in a statement.
The results of the inspection have been placed under prosecutorial oversight.
