Train surfers captured on video
The Telegram channel «Emergency Omsk» published two videos of teenage train surfers. The footage shows them clinging to a ladder leading to the roof of a trolleybus as it pulls away from a stop.

Train surfing is a method of traveling on trains, electric trains, trolleybuses, and other transport by clinging to external handrails, ladders, roofs, or between-car platforms. It is considered deadly dangerous due to the high risk of falling, electric shock, or collision with obstacles.
The traffic police told NGS55.RU correspondent that combating such violations is not easy.
«The situation with train surfers is very complicated. First, we cannot hold the driver responsible for improper passenger transport because he is not at fault here. Second, it is not always possible to catch such train surfers. In principle, it is impossible to take administrative measures against them.»
