On the afternoon of July 20, the Novorossiysk Municipal Center of Management (MTSU) reported that the issuance of fuel vouchers has been completely stopped. Additionally, the electronic queue will no longer work—neither by phone nor through a chatbot on social media. Drivers who have already received vouchers can refuel at the specified time, but new ones cannot be obtained.
“Cancellation of electronic reservations is due to increased fuel supplies to Novorossiysk and a significant reduction in queues at gas stations,” local authorities said.
As of 09:00, only 23 gas stations are operating in the city. All have restrictions—gasoline is only poured into vehicle tanks, no more than 20–60 liters per vehicle (depending on the car). At the same time, AI-100 is available only at two locations, and AI-95 at 10. AI-92 is available at 13 gas stations, and diesel fuel at 19.
Earlier in the morning, the press service of the city administration asked residents to “refrain from visiting gas stations.”
Recall that in Krasnodar on July 20, 60 gas stations are operating. The portal 93.RU published the list of addresses where gasoline can be purchased here.
