New 'Spider' Cameras on M-8 in Yaroslavl Region: Addresses

Nine new 'Spider' traffic enforcement cameras have been installed on the M-8 highway in Yaroslavl region. The addresses were announced by the traffic police on January 23.

Nine new «Spider» complexes have been installed on the M-8 «Kholmogory» highway in the Danilov district of Yaroslavl region. The addresses were announced on January 23 by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI).

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 308 km 995 m (village of Tufanovo);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 317 km 548 m (village of Podolnovo);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 319 km 552 m (village of Babayevo);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 347 km 850 m (pedestrian crossing near the school in the village of Makarovo);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 334 km 855 m (Danilov district);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 305 km 028 m (village of Kostyushino, Danilov district);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 314 km 740 m (village of Pasyunkovo);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 343 km 100 m (village of Sloboda);

  • M-8 «Kholmogory» 321 km 693 m (village of Zvonkaya).

Information about the installation of «Spider» photo-video recording complexes in Yaroslavl region was reported in February 2025. 3.5 billion rubles (approximately $38.9 million at current rates) are planned to be spent on the new equipment. Under the contract, cameras are to be installed at 320 addresses in total.

The new complexes record three violations simultaneously: speeding, seat belts on the driver and passengers, and a phone in the driver«s hands.
