New parking cameras in Volgograd and Volzhsky: locations listed

In Volgograd and Volzhsky, automated cameras have begun issuing fines for parking violations. The stationary systems operate continuously, providing 24/7 surveillance.

In Volgograd and Volzhsky, automated recording systems have been put into operation to detect violations of vehicle stopping and parking rules.

A total of 14 stationary cameras have been installed across the two cities. Four are in Volzhsky, and the remaining ten in Volgograd.

In Volzhsky, the devices are located at the following addresses:

  • Lenin Avenue, buildings 95 and 137;
  • 40th Anniversary of Victory Street, buildings 48 and 58.

In Volgograd, part of the complexes is located in the Dzerzhinsky District:

  • Zemlyachki Street, 41b;
  • Zhukov Avenue (direction to the Central District from Kachintsev Street to Trekhgornaya Street);
  • Angarskaya Street, 15, near the «Regional Hospital» stop;
  • Istoricheskaya Street, 122.

In the Central District, cameras are installed at the addresses:

  • Sovetskaya Street, 17;
  • Komsomolskaya Street, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15;
  • Mira Street, 5, 5a, 6, 8, 10, 18;
  • Krasnoznamenskaya Street, 5a, 6;
  • 10th Division of the NKVD Street, 3.

In the Voroshilovsky District, the devices operate:

  • at the house on Rostovskaya Street, 2;
  • at the intersection of Profsoyuznaya and Kovrovskaya streets.

Fines for violations of stopping and parking rules, as provided by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, are usually less substantial than penalties for improper parking in paid spaces.
