New Carrier Takes Over Omsk Route 100

On Omsk route No. 100 («Malinovsky Street» — «Rebrovka»), the carrier has changed. Alexander Makarov, who serviced this route, died in January 2026. As reported on the website of the regional Ministry of Transport, a death certificate for Makarov was received on January 19. From the same day, the certificate under which the entrepreneur had serviced route No. 100 since 2019 (it was valid until 2029) was terminated.
Now the route is serviced by a new entrepreneur — Vladislav Oskin. According to information published on the Ministry of Transport website, he must deploy at least six small-class buses on route 100. The certificate for transportation on the route was issued to him until July 18, 2026. In November last year, the fare on this route increased to 80 rubles (approximately $1 at current rates).
The late Alexander Makarov previously serviced route No. 346 («Magazin Vesna» — «PTU-2»). In 2023, he even bought 12 medium-class buses so that route 346 would return to the city center, but then he left the route.
Earlier we reported that the popular route No. 514 («Barkhatovoi» — «3rd Razyezd») will be returned to the center of Omsk.
