Two buses collided in the center of Rostov on Budyonnovsky Avenue because the driver of one of them could not brake properly. This was reported by the press service of the regional traffic police.

Bus No. 27 was involved in subsequent collisions with a bus stop, a pole, and a Gazelle van.

According to its information, the accident occurred on January 26 at 08:40 near house No. 34.

“The driver born in 1955, while driving passenger bus No. 27 and releasing the vehicle from the handbrake, collided with passenger bus No. 83 driven by a driver born in 1979,” the State Traffic Inspectorate said.

After that, bus No. 27 was thrown onto a bus stop and into a pole. There, it collided with a ‘Gazelle’ van.

No one was injured. The police are investigating all details of the incident.

Earlier, Rostov authorities stated that they would quickly restore the demolished bus stop.
