On the morning of January 22, several accidents occurred on the roads of Omsk, resulting in quite serious traffic jams. According to data from the service «Traffic NGS55.RU», there are currently about ten accidents on city highways: at the intersection of Frunze and Gusarova streets, at the crossroads of 10 Let Oktyabrya and Kuibysheva, on Leningradsky Bridge, on Kirova Street before the intersection with 15th Rabochaya Street, and on Blusevich Street after the intersection with Ushinsky Street.
The traffic map indicates that multiple accidents have severely worsened driving conditions in Omsk this morning.

An accident also happened on the metro bridge, and two more accidents were recorded on Koneva Street before the bridge entrance. In the Neftyaniki district, complications were also unavoidable: accidents occurred on Mira Avenue in front of «Kristall» and at the intersection of Neftyezavodskaya Street and 20th Party Congress Street.
Traffic jams are observed not only on the roads where accidents occurred. The entire center is virtually at a standstill: Marx Avenue near the Cascade shopping center, Irtyshskaya Embankment near Leningradsky Bridge, and Frunze, Ordzhonikidze, Bulatova Gospitalnaya, and Herzen streets. In addition to the central part of the city, traffic problems arose on Demyana Bednogo Street, 3rd Transportnaya Street, and Bogdana Khmelnitskogo Street.
