Traffic jams are observed on Pushkin Street, Zhukov Street, as well as on all approaches to the center: on Maslennikov Street, Krasnykh Zor Street, Pochtovaya Street, and Dumnaya Street.

The traffic jam on Krasny Put stretches from the bridge near the Telecenter and ends only at the intersection with Kemerovskaya Street. However, Kemerovskaya itself is at a standstill: it is especially difficult to pass on the section from Tukachevsky Embankment to Dobrovolsky Street. Traditionally, Gospitalnaya Street, Herzen Street, and the exit from the metro bridge to Frunze are turning red. Roads on Internationalnaya Street, Lenina Street, and Gagarin Street are relatively free.
