Luzhniki traffic blocked July 25-26 for concert
On July 25 and 26, traffic will be blocked on several streets near the Luzhniki sports arena due to another concert, the Moscow Mayor«s Office reported on its website.
Both days, from 20:00 until the end of the event, traffic will be temporarily blocked on the following streets:
- Proyektiruyemy Proyezd No. 2309 (from Usacheva Street to Dovatora Street),
- Savelyeva Street (from Usacheva Street to Dovatora Street),
- Dovatora Street (from Khamovnichesky Val to 3rd Frunzenskaya Street),
- 10-letiya Oktyabrya Street (from Usacheva Street to Dovatora Street),
- 3rd Frunzenskaya Street (from Dovatora Street to Efremova Street),
- Efremova Street (from 3rd Frunzenskaya Street to Trubetskaya Street),
- Trubetskaya Street (from Efremova Street to Komsomolsky Prospekt).
«On July 25 and 26, from 08:00 until the end of the event, the exit from Khamovnichesky Val to Dovatora Street will be closed. In addition, parking will be temporarily prohibited on the restricted sections from 00:01 until the end of the event,» the city administration clarified.
According to the venue«s poster, the anniversary concert of the band Ruki Vverkh (Hands Up) will take place on these two days.
Earlier, on July 10 and 11, restrictions were imposed at Sportivnaya metro station on the Sokolnicheskaya Line. This was due to concerts by Yegor Krid at the Luzhniki Stadium.
