‘Due to technical reasons, the operating boundaries of route No. 2 have been temporarily changed,’ the message states. ‘Tram route No. 2 is running between the stops “Children«s Center” and “Akhtuba Plant”. We will provide further updates on the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience.’

Meanwhile, readers of V1.RU sent a photograph taken on Angarskaya Street. It shows the derailed tram «Lion Cub». Judging by the picture, the rear bogie of the tram car jumped the tracks, causing the tail section to be pushed onto the roadway.

It is known that the incident occurred while heading towards the stop ‘School No. 36’ at a pedestrian crossing near the ‘Razdolnaya’ stop. A track service team is already at the scene, trying to put the car back on the rails, clear the track, and restore normal operation.
